Great for Keto. I used air fryer and it works great I did flip over half way through to brown both sides as I used foil on the bottom. Much better hot than at room temperature. (I didn’t use Parm and added a little almond flour)

Great! I used cooked turkey bacon rather than ham and they turned out great. I added salt even though the recipe didn't call for it. I won't add salt next time. Will make again.

Didn't add the ham, but still good. super easy. a little too eggy for me. will make again with just 1 egg. fyi, i used a Pampered Chef baking stone and they got crispy around the edges. did have to increase baking time.

I just made these and they are good but a little salty. They are still good and I will be adding these to my weekly meals they will be great to grab in the morning. I almost felt guilty eating these for minute cause it seems like your eating bread. I would definitely NOT use foil when baking these they were a pain to get off. I would bake them directly on the baking sheet or use the parchment paper they recommended.

very easy and delicious

Really good, quick and simple I added one more egg as everything looked very dry as I was stirring and making the rolls, but I regret that, it might had been better to add more mozarela to the mix. The wet rolls lost their shape in the oven and sticked a little to the wax paper Lesson learned

I make a batch of these almost every week. I double the recipe and I use 1 pound of ground cooked sausage instead of the ham. A 1/3 measuring cup works well to portion out the mixture into 12 balls. I eat them as my breakfast and sometimes for a snack. They are great for keto. They almost remind me of sausage balls.
