Just like the security screening at an airport, we also screen all luggage our guests bring onboard to ensure everyone’s safety. If there is an item in your luggage that is prohibited or is believed to be prohibited, your bag will be taken to a screening location and will be inspected by our Security Team onboard.The screening process is conducted under supervision andwe’ll ensure the correct procedures are being followed while adhering toany Healthy Sail Panel recommended procedures.
Once the inspection process is finished, if your item must be confiscated, our staff will provide you with a Prohibited Items Receipt so you can retrieve your item on debarkation day.You'll be able to retrieve your item from a designated area before departing us. The pick-up area varies by port, so we'll be sure to keep you informed.Please make sure to have the receipt provided to you on day one to claim your item.
