hi,
im keen to know how do you clean this pasta maker?
we bought it many years ago, made pan mee, and later on we dont know how to clean. so havent used it since 😀one method that i know is, use pasta dough to run through it and discard that dough, use it as a cleaner? is that it?

Shia: I use a clean brush to dust off the extra flour and a clean and dry cloth to wipe it. I also turn it upside down to shake off any excess flour that is stuck inside. For my model, the plastic protectors inside the rollers can be removed for cleaning. I think your idea is great if the machine is not used for a long time. 🙂
